Our objective… is to educate our students about God so that they can relate to people in their community.

Northeastern Adventist Academy Brooklyn High, a private co-educational school, is owned and operated by the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. The school operates as a day academy, offering a sound secondary education covering grades 9-12. The Excelsior Elementary School was established in 1980 to assist in meeting the growing demands for Christian education for the children of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brooklyn and of the wider community. In 2006, the Northeastern Conference Education Department added an extension program to the current site, known as Northeastern Academy Brooklyn Campus. In 2010, we had our first high school graduation. At the end of the 2010 school year, the elementary grades (Pre-K -5) were transferred to the Flatbush SDA School, and we housed grades 6-12. In 2016, our school was regionally and fully accredited by the North American Division. And began a full Academy with classes starting from Grades 6-12, with the new name of South Brooklyn Academy. In 2022, a rebranding and restructuring initiative by the Northeastern Conference merged the South Brooklyn Campus and Northeastern Academy Campus as one school under the new name, Northeastern Adventist Academy Brooklyn High School

Our objective as an institution is to educate our students about God so that they can relate to people in their community. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we inspire them to acquire as much knowledge as possible. As they leave, we impress upon their hearts and minds the need to serve wherever God assigns them.
